Products, Sourcing, and Descriptions

 Products listed on the Website are sourced from third-party manufacturers, traders, and dealers. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, images, specifications, weights, and dimensions are indicative and sourced from manufacturers/suppliers, and minor variations may occur.

The Company does not manufacture the products (unless explicitly stated) and shall not be treated as the manufacturer for the purposes of any product liability claim, except to the extent required by applicable law.

 Prices displayed are exclusive/inclusive of GST as indicated on the product page and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in manufacturer/supplier pricing, freight, or statutory levies.

 Stock availability is subject to change based on supplier/manufacturer inventory. The Company does not guarantee continuous availability of any listed product and reserves the right to cancel or modify an order if the underlying stock is unavailable from its source.

Orders, Quotations, and Acceptance

Placement of an order by the Buyer constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to acceptance by the Company. A confirmed order/invoice generated by the Company

constitutes acceptance.

 The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order, in part or full, at any stage — including after payment — for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, unavailbility of stock from the manufacturer/supplier, failure of credit/verification checks, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any amount paid shall be refunded within 7 business days.

 Bulk orders, custom orders, or orders requiring specific manufacturer lead times shall be governed by the specific quotation/proforma invoice issued for that transaction, which shall prevail over these general Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), if applicable, will be specified on the product page or quotation.

Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified, and are subject to applicable GST, cess, and other statutory levies as per prevailing law.

 Payment terms (advance payment, partial advance, credit period, etc.) shall be as specified at the time of order confirmation or in the applicable credit agreement between the Company and the Buyer. Credit terms, if extended, are offered at the sole discretion of the Company and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

 In case of credit sales, delayed payment beyond the agreed credit period may attract interest at 2 % per month on the outstanding amount, and the Company reserves the right to suspend further supplies/services until dues are cleared.

 The Buyer is responsible for deducting/depositing TDS (if applicable) and providing valid TDS certificates in a timely manner.

All disputes regarding pricing/invoicing must be raised in writing within [7] days of invoice date, failing which the invoice shall be deemed accepted.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including logos, trademarks, product catalogues, images, text, and design — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 Product images/brand names of third-party manufacturers displayed on the Website remain the property

 of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Termination

13.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Buyer's account/access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or misuse of the Platform.
